Lost/Missing Packages

Real Deal holds no liability if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Kindly ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before finalizing your order. Should we make an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge to you.

Shipping Time

The shipping duration varies depending on the location. The maximum delivery time is 10 business days, excluding our processing time of 2-3 days. Please note that all shipping estimates are exclusive of any potential clearance or customs delays.

Tracking Information

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

"No Information Available" Tracking Status

For certain shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available on your tracking number, please reach out to us.
